PRAXIS
(2024-2026)
A movement practice for cultivating
attention, sensation, and embodied intelligence.
The practice begins from the body: from breath, sensation, weight, gravity, intuition. We cultivate a precise and porous attention, allowing movement to emerge from what is felt rather than imposed from the outside. Form follows sensation. Attention becomes the thread.
From there, the body becomes a site of inquiry. Frames, constraints, and tasks introduce situations that cannot be solved in advance. They invite us to experiment, adapt, problem-solve, and encounter our own reflexes. Familiar patterns may surface, break down, reorganize, or give way to something unexpected.
At a certain point, the mind enters the conversation.
ACTION → REFLECTION
ACTION → REFLECTION
ACTION → REFLECTION
This ongoing cycle is at the heart of praxis: the meeting point between experience and meaning, between what we do and what we come to understand through doing.
The studio becomes a laboratory for embodied research: a space to observe ourselves in motion, encounter other ways of moving and thinking, and experiment with different ways of responding.
Each session is a small ritual of renewal: a chance to return to the body, encounter the present moment, and discover what is possible from here.
