SACRED DISASTER is a choreographic and relational journey that explores the states of transformation in living beings through changing bodies, liminal spaces, and forms of collective presence. Navigating between intimacy, overflow, collapse, and play, the work seeks ways to remain connected to the world amidst uncertainty.

The project examines the tensions between humans and infrastructure, between ritual and daily life, and between contemporary solitude and a deep longing for community. The performers navigate states of vulnerability, friction, tenderness, rage, and reverence, as potential responses to the existential crisis of our time.

Through dance, song, text, and spatial composition, SACRED DISASTER transforms transitory spaces into sensitive territories, where the audience is invited to experience time, listening, and movement in a new way. The work conceives of performance as a quantum space: a space where multiple realities coexist, where the center shifts according to relationship, tension, and presence.

Part post-industrial ceremony, part post-apocalyptic playground, and part immersive experience, SACRED DISASTER offers an embodied reflection on what sets us in motion—and on the forms of beauty, chaos, and interdependence that emerge when we agree to be transformed togetherness.

SACRED DISASTER est une traversée chorégraphique et relationnelle qui explore les états de transformation du vivant à travers des corps en mutation, des espaces liminaux et des formes de présence collectives. Entre intimité, débordement, effondrement et jeu, l’œuvre cherche des manières de rester en relation avec le monde au cœur de l’incertitude.

Le projet s’intéresse aux tensions entre l’humain et l’infrastructure, entre le rituel et le quotidien, entre la solitude contemporaine et le désir profond de communauté. Les interprètes y naviguent des états de vulnérabilité, de friction, de tendresse, de rage et de révérence, comme autant de réponses possibles à la crise existentielle de notre époque.

À travers la danse, le chant, le texte et la composition spatiale, SACRED DISASTER transforme des lieux de passage en territoires sensibles, où le spectateur est invité à habiter autrement le temps, l’écoute et le mouvement. L’œuvre envisage la performance comme un espace quantique : un espace où plusieurs réalités coexistent, où le centre se déplace selon la relation, la tension et la présence.

Entre cérémonie post-industrielle, terrain de jeu post-apocalyptique et expérience immersive, SACRED DISASTER propose une réflexion incarnée sur ce qui nous met en mouvement — et sur les formes de beauté, de chaos et d’interdépendance qui émergent lorsque nous acceptons d’être transformés ensemble.
