A collective container for rehearsing the futures we want to inhabit.


What kind of world do we want to live in? And what would that future feel like in the body?

REHEARSAL FOR THE FUTURE is a recurring container for collective experimentation, where movement, play, imagination, conversation, and reflection become ways of practicing possible futures together.

Rather than imagining the future from a distance, we rehearse it in the present. We explore the qualities we want to cultivate: more peace, softness, trust, curiosity, freedom, care, play. And ask what it might mean to embody them, relate through them, and make space for them to emerge.

The container is shaped by continuity. We return to one another regularly, allowing trust, familiarity, and collective intelligence to accumulate over time. Each gathering builds on what came before while remaining responsive to what is alive in the room.
There is no fixed choreography and no predetermined outcome. The practice unfolds through a fluid methodology that listens to the group and continuously reorients itself according to its energy, questions, needs, and curiosities. Sometimes we move. Sometimes we play. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we soften into stillness.

Play is an essential technology. We enter a state of curiosity without always knowing the rules, allowing games to emerge rather than imposing them. Multiple realities can coexist. Different ways of participating can unfold within the same shared space.

REHEARSAL FOR THE FUTURE is a laboratory for collective becoming: a place to experiment with how we might move, relate, listen, imagine, and organize differently.
